About SelfRetreat Wellness Co.

Wellness Strategy. Curated Experiences. Meaningful Impact.

We partner with corporations, brands, nonprofits, and educational institutions to design customized wellness experiences that strengthen culture, deepen connection, and support healthier communities. As a wellness strategy and experience consultancy, we go beyond planning events. We collaborate with each client to understand their goals, audiences, and organizational culture before designing experiences that create lasting impact. Through our trusted network of facilitators and wellness experts, we create experiences that inspire connection, reduce burnout, and foster resilience.

For Individuals: We support women through life’s most transformative seasons, whether you’re recovering from burnout, navigating a fertility journey, adjusting to motherhood, experiencing perimenopause or menopause, or simply feeling disconnected from the woman you know you’re meant to be. Because these transitions aren’t just physical. They’re emotional. They’re mental. They’re deeply personal. And often, they require us to redefine who we are.

Our Philosophy:  We believe wellness is more than green smoothies, gym memberships, or self-care checklists. True wellness begins when a woman creates space to listen to herself. To honor her needs. To reconnect with her body. To trust her intuition. To consciously choose who she wants to become. Through holistic wellness coaching, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, menopause education, mindfulness, and emotional well-being support, we help women navigate change with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

The goal isn’t simply to get through life’s transitions, it’s to emerge from them stronger, wiser, and more connected to yourself than ever before. For so long, you’ve been the person everyone else relies on. This is your invitation to pause. To reconnect. To heal. To grow.
