Experience the power of sisterhood and community in our women's healing circles. These intimate gatherings provide a supportive space for women to share, connect, and heal together.
We offer a variety of healing circles based on topics that honor transitional moments in a woman’s life. We use a mix of Ayurvedic principles, mindfulness, and emotional support tailored to the circle theme, your guests and and special requests.
Motherhood and Matrescence Circles
Focus: Navigating the transition to motherhood, from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.
Intention: To create a nurturing space for new and expecting mothers to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Empowerment Through Career and Life Changes
Focus: Supporting women transitioning through career changes, starting businesses, or finding new life purposes.
Intention: To help women step into their personal power with clarity and confidence.
Sacred Self-Care for Burnout Recovery
Focus: Helping women recover from burnout and rediscover balance. Optimal for women who are also caregivers (i.e., caring for aging parents, spouses with chronic and mental health issues, single parents, nurses, etc).
Intention: To create a restorative space for women to pause, recharge, and prioritize themselves.
